How do I change my repayment date?

You can change your repayment date by contacting us on 020 3818 7470. We’re open Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm (excl. Bank Holidays).

You can also email us at thecrew@moneyboat.co.uk, using ‘Repayment date change’ as your subject line. Please email us at least 4 working days before your next repayment to ensure we reach your email in time.

Important to know: Changing your repayment date will change your loan agreement and may result in an increase in the amount of interest owed. We’ll outline this for you before making the change.
