How do I change my personal details?

You can change your email address and phone number in your Moneyboat account: Log in or register here.

To change your name and address, please contact us:

  • Call us on: 020 3818 7470
  • Email us at: thecrew@moneyboat.co.uk
  • We’re here to help Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm (excl. Bank Holidays)

We ask that you contact us to change your name and/or address as we’ll need to see proof of address for security reasons before making the change.
